Who we are

Little Concert is hosted in Luxembourg by James and Sarah. James and Sarah are the event organisers and data controllers for the registration information that was collected on this site.

What we collected and why

When guests registered, we collected name, email address, the number of places requested, the names of any additional guests, and—only if shared—accessibility needs and a short note. We used this information only to manage the concert, reserve places, and send practical updates about the evening.

Registration submissions were protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may process technical data about a browser to distinguish people from automated abuse. See the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How long we keep it

James and Sarah used registration information only to manage this concert, reserve places, and send practical updates. Event registration information is deleted after the post-concert thank-you message has been sent.

After the concert, we send attendees a thank-you message, allow reasonable time for delivery issues, and then delete the registration emails, associated event records, and any exported lists or temporary files. We do not retain guest names, party details, notes, or accessibility information.

Your rights

Registration for this evening is closed, and the associated records are deleted after the thank-you message. If you have a question about information that may still be in transit, the organisers of Little Concert will take care of it.
