Who we are

Little Concert is hosted in Luxembourg by James and Sarah. James and Sarah are the event organisers and data controllers for the registration information collected on this site. You can reach them at james@pointamarketing.com.

What we collect and why

When you register, we collect your name, email address, date availability, the number of places you request, the names of any additional guests, and—only if you choose to share them—accessibility needs and a short note. We use this information only to manage the concert, reserve your places, and send you practical updates about the event.

Registration submissions are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may process technical data about your browser to distinguish people from automated abuse. See the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How long we keep it

James and Sarah will use your information only to manage this concert, reserve your places, and send practical updates. Event registration information will be deleted after the post-concert thank-you message has been sent.

After the concert, we send attendees a thank-you message, allow reasonable time for delivery issues, and then delete the registration emails, associated event records, and any exported lists or temporary files. We do not retain guest names, party details, notes, or accessibility information.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for future updates. Email james@pointamarketing.com and we will take care of it.
